Constant Pain......

I hate having to deal with this Plantar fasciitis on my Right Foot, its beginning to annoy and irritate the heck out of me... I have constant pain everyday, with every step I make or take there is a pain. But worst of all is that I get the most pain when I am trying to sleep which I cant because of the constant pain and soreness I feel and when I wake up in the morning, even trying to get out bed is hard work... gosh! Anyways, today I received a cortisone shot on the side of my Right foot where the fluid and inflammation is... and I have to tell you that I hate shots PERIOD, but I had to strong and take this shot whether I liked it or not... So the doctor told me that this shot last for 6 months and hopefully its the only shot I need to get rid of this Plantar fasciitis. So hopefully, this cortisone shot helps and I can walk a lot more easier.... So for the next 2-3 days, doctor told me I cant skip, run, jump, or dance on my foot.. darn! that sucks... Oh well!
