Finally Back....

Hey peeps, I know you guys have missed me blogging about my random thoughts and I have missed blogging as well.... Anywho I am back from my little break from blogging and other things and I am ready to get back on the saddle. So heres just a random thought that I just wanted to leave for you peeps. I really love this song by Jill Scott "Golden" is talking about how people should just live their lives like its just a regular day or like Jill Scott said in her song, "Im living my life like its golden..." So enjoy the song because I know I did and begin to live your lives like its Golden....... enjoy!!! This song has helped me to realize that I need to start living my life like its Golden or just starting living my life for me and for no one else. So I am going to live my life like its Golden!!!

This song by Tiffany Evans has really got me.... I just love Tiffany when she was in the Tyler Perry movie "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" and when she sang at the end of the movie, simply beautiful. Every time I listen to this song, I just melt into pieces, I just love the words to the song and the video is great as well... Check it out for yourselves as well....

2011 Super Bowl Outcome

Well the 2011 NFL season has finally come to an end with the biggest game in NFL, which is the Super Bowl. Green Bay Packers won the whole thing, congrats to them! Even though I wanted the Steelers to win, I am a little disappointed but its okay because there is always next year. The 2011 Super Bowl MVP of the game was the Packers quarterback: Aaron Rodgers who finished the game 24-39, 304 yards, 3 touchdowns and no interceptions. It was a picture perfect game for him and the team. Steelers tried to come back from a double digit lead a few times but never led in the game. Well, the Super Bowl ads were interesting in my opinion, there were some good ones, bad ones, a few I didn't understand or get. Congrats again to Aaron Rodgers and to the rest of the Packers Organization for winning Super Bowl XLV and congrats to Godfather for choosing the Packers to win it all....

Super Bowl XLV

This year's Super Bowl will be held in the new Cowboys stadium in Arlington, Texas, where the Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers will be competing for the Super Bowl and bragging rights until next year. This year's Super Bowl is kinda of an interesting because many people didn't think that these 2 teams would ever be competing for the Super Bowl maybe the Steelers but not the Packers. People were predicting New Orleans Saints (last years champ), Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears or Philadelphia Eagles were going to be in the Super Bowl but none of these teams made it. The Packers were apart of the many teams that had injuries that hindered them throughout the season including the injury to their quarterback, Aaron Rodgers who suffered a serious concussion that forced him to sit out the last few games of the season before entering the playoffs, but once Rodgers got the "green light" to begin playing again his team was one of the hottest teams entering the playoffs Well, being one of the hottest teams coming into the playoffs paid off for them because now they are playing for the Super Bowl.

The Steelers are playing in their 2nd Super Bowl in 3 years. Head Coach Mike Tomlin is trying to win his 2nd Super Bowl Championship as a African American Head Coach. Even with all of the news and media circling around quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers were still focused on their goal to head back to the Super Bowl. Now all of their hard work, determination and focus paid off now that they are heading to the Super Bowl. Well my prediction to the win the Super Bowl XLV is....... Pittsburgh Steelers (Black & Yellow) because they have been to the Super Bowl before and they are an experienced team.
